Second defendant in vandalism spree waives charges
The second person facing dozens of charges in a Connellsville-area vandalism spree waived his charges to court Thursday.
Charles Boyd Crouse, 23, of Mount Pleasant is facing charges for vandalism he allegedly committed while following his newspaper route.
He and Illa Blair, 22, of Mount Pleasant allegedly caused more than $90,000 worth of damages along with two minors.
His charges include dozens of counts each of criminal mischief, possessing a instrument of crime, propulsion of missiles, disorderly conduct, loitering and prowling at nighttime, corruption of minors and reckless endangerment.
He is lodged in Fayette County Prison.
