Man charged with entering wrong home, disrobing, getting into bed with girls
A South Connellsville man was charged with allegedly entering someone else’s home in Connellsville, disrobing, getting into bed with two juvenile girls and touching them early Sunday morning.
Kenneth Callahan, 21, was charged with numerous crimes following the incident at a home on Aetna Street at 4:20 a.m., city police said.
“An officer found him in one of the beds naked. He was extremely intoxicated. He couldn’t explain how he got there,” said Connellsville Police Chief James Capitos.
Police do not know how he got into the house because there were no signs of forced entry, Capitos said.
Callahan allegedly took off his clothes after he entered the home, got into a bed where the girls — ages 12 and 13 — were sleeping and began touching them, Capitos said.
“They got scared and ran out of the house,” Capitos said.
Someone called 911 and police responded.
One of the girls lived there and the other was visiting. The mother of the girl who lived there was away overnight, Capitos said.
Callahan was charged with criminal trespass, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, harassment and other charges.
