The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties April 8 and 9.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge D. Glenn Bates

Marcie Burroughs, 47, of Waynesburg was charged with failure to provide accurate registration information and failure to verify address or be photographed.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Allison Sanders, 43, of Point Marion was charged with criminal mischief and harassment.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Tommy Stargell, 21, of Uniontown was charged with prohibited possession of a firearm, firearms not to be carried without a license, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and accident involving property damage.

Christopher Greer, no age given, of Uniontown was charged with three counts each of aggravated assault and simple assault and one count each of reckless endangerment and fleeing or attempting to elude officers.

Scott Brozik, 50, of Connellsville was charged with statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person less than 16 years old, aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old, indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old and corruption of minors.

Paul Chonko Sr., 38, of Forbes Road was charged with theft by deception and bad checks.

Waddia Rafail III, 43, of Fairchance was charged with retail theft.

Christopher Avery, 26, of Masontown was charged with possession of marijuana and two counts of driving under the influence.

Patsy Varano, 63, of Smithfield was charged with materially false written statement and statement under penalty.

Georgia Cartwright, 39, of Smithfield was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Washington County

David Denny, 54, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault.

Hugh Rapp, 37, of Herminie was charged with possession of marijuana.
