The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties April 21. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Michael Metros

Amy Spade, 48, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Matthew Mark Bowlen Jr., 23, of Uniontown was charged with two counts of simple assault, two counts of aggravated assault, one count of recklessly endangering another person and one count of conspiracy.

Ashley Marie Delara, 21, of Uniontown was charged with theft by unlawful taking.

Christopher Glen Greer, 31, of Uniontown was charged with attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, aggravated assault by vehicle, criminal mischief, driving under the influence, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing from an officer and being a habitual offender.

Harold B. Butler, 31, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Kristopher William Yaniga, 37, of Hopwood was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, possession of a firearm without a license, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Rosa L. Goff, 41, of Pt. Marion was charged with simple assault.

Kenneth Eugene Tedrow, 40, of Jefferson was charged with making terroristic threats and resisting arrest.

Levi Cody Seman, 25, of Fayette City was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Corey Lee Fuller, 27, of Scottdale was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Washington County

David Jonathan Restelli, 38, of Monongahela was charged with simple assault.

Westmoreland County

Edwin Raye Green, 41, of Webster was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Crystal Ann Bakes, 24, of Youngwood was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Charles Marshall, 34, of Monessen was charged with possessing a firearm without a license, possession of drug paraphernalia and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Thomas D. Hall, 35, of West Newton was cited for retail theft.

Sarah E. Shields, 32, of West Newton was charged with driving under the influence.

John Allan Morrison, 32, of Belle Vernon was charged with driving under the influence.

Bernard J. Geisel Jr., 34, of Farmington was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

William James Agatucci, 53, of Yukon was charged with driving under the influence.
