The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties April 21. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Amy Spade, 48, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.
Matthew Mark Bowlen Jr., 23, of Uniontown was charged with two counts of simple assault, two counts of aggravated assault, one count of recklessly endangering another person and one count of conspiracy.

Ashley Marie Delara, 21, of Uniontown was charged with theft by unlawful taking.
Christopher Glen Greer, 31, of Uniontown was charged with attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, aggravated assault by vehicle, criminal mischief, driving under the influence, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing from an officer and being a habitual offender.
Harold B. Butler, 31, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Thomas D. Hall, 35, of West Newton was cited for retail theft.
