The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Aug. 11 and 12.

Oliver Cleveland Fitzgerald, 45, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Alan R. Weiblinger Jr., 44, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.
Jon Michael Berryman, 25, of New Freeport was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Joseph Paul Pehur, 58, of Republic was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph Philip Sacane, 47, of Brier Hill was charged with unlicensed consumption or brewed beverages, manufacturing malted or brewed beverages without a license, gambling devices, allowing gabling and soliciting someone to gamble.
Margaret A. Leonardi, 50, of Uniontown was charged with gambling devices, allowing gambling, soliciting someone to gamble, unlawful sales of liquor and unlicensed consumption or brewed beverages.
Twila Lynn Ricco, 57, of New Salem was charged with gambling devices, allowing gambling, soliciting someone to gamble, unlawful sales of liquor and unlicensed consumption or brewed beverages.
Tiffany Louise Griffith, 32, of Ronco was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jacqueline Nicole Carey, 26, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.
