The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Aug. 11 and 12.

Fayette County

Oliver Cleveland Fitzgerald, 45, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Alan R. Weiblinger Jr., 44, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Jon Michael Berryman, 25, of New Freeport was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Joseph Paul Pehur, 58, of Republic was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Philip Sacane, 47, of Brier Hill was charged with unlicensed consumption or brewed beverages, manufacturing malted or brewed beverages without a license, gambling devices, allowing gabling and soliciting someone to gamble.

Margaret A. Leonardi, 50, of Uniontown was charged with gambling devices, allowing gambling, soliciting someone to gamble, unlawful sales of liquor and unlicensed consumption or brewed beverages.

Twila Lynn Ricco, 57, of New Salem was charged with gambling devices, allowing gambling, soliciting someone to gamble, unlawful sales of liquor and unlicensed consumption or brewed beverages.

Tiffany Louise Griffith, 32, of Ronco was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jacqueline Nicole Carey, 26, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.

Adam Earl Morgan, 26, of Braddock was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Alyssa Ashley Evans, 30, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dolores Fisher, 73, of Dawson was charged with four counts each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.

Tusha L. Snyder, 30, of Grindstone was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.

Sachary Richard Dascenzo, 26, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Washington County

Tationa Pirt, 20, of Donora was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs and 238 counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Jeffery Lemar Carlock, 22, of Monessen was charged with one count each of possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of marijuana and false identification to police, as well as 134 counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Carcelia D. Carlock, 43, of Donora was charged with retail theft.

Nolan Nichols, no age listed, of Jeanette was charged with bad checks.

John Selelyo Jr., 61, of Elco was charged with theft by unlawful taking.

Gary Jankowski, 23, of White Oak was charged with criminal trespass.

Fredrick Mead Pochiba, 53, of Fredericktown was charged with driving under the influence.

Westmoreland County

Brandon Charles Perine, 23, of Monessen was charged with three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Darryl Daniel Trinkala, 39, of Charleroi was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Gary William Jankowski, 23, of White Oak was charged with two counts of theft by deception.

Ryan Lawrence Jankowski, 23, of White Oak was charged with theft by deception.

Domonic Carter-Sellers, 22, of Monessen was charged with obstructing the administration of law enforcement.

Adam Michael Bodnar, 32, of Jeanette was charged with simple assault and reckless endangerment.

William Huweart, 29, of Monessen was charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of simple assault.

Ciazio Milan Mineo, 23, of Jefferson Hills was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chantal Armelle Srdich, 45, of Belle Vernon was charged with retail theft and defiant trespass.

Timothy Mark Stants, 50, of Ruffsdale was charged with 13 charges of burglary, 12 counts of theft by unlawful taking, five counts of receiving stolen property and seven counts of criminal mischief.

Michael Keith Sekeres, 19, of Mount Pleasant was charged with simple assault and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Angela Kay Sampson, 21, of Mount Pleasant was charged with terroristic threats.

James R. Noah, 35, of Acme was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
