The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Aug. 22.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Shalia Stitch, 27, of Donora was charged with endangering the welfare of children, obstruction of justice, simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Deneen Young, 51, of New Eagle was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Ciazio Mineo, 23, of Jefferson Hills was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and promoting prostitution.

Michael Bloom, 34, of North Charleroi was charged with simple assault.

Tyler Holmes, 22, of Charleroi was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Almondie Rawls, 37, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Koree Minnie, 19, of Monessen was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.

Lawrence Martin, 54, of Charleroi was charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and simple assault.

Anthony Tonkovich, 22, of Canonsburg was charged with criminal trespass.

John Walters, 30, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification and disorderly conduct.

Mandy Williams, 38, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason Clark, 36, of Uniontown was charged with receiving stolen property.

Charles Riggin, 52, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Francis Frisina, 33, of Millsboro was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Clifford Hoak, 29, of Waltersburg was charged with two counts of theft from motor vehicle.

Denise Smyth, 45, of Waynesburg was charged with driving under the influence.
