Criminal trespassing
A 23-year-old Connellsville man was charged with criminal trespassing after he allegedly damaged two trail cameras belonging to a resident at Laurel Hill Apartments in East Huntingdon Twp., Dec. 6, according to state police.

DUI charges
Police said a traffic stop was conducted on a 38-year-old South Huntingdon man for speeding and was found to be intoxicated driving on Buttermore Road in East Huntingdon Township, Nov. 25.

Theft
State police are investigating an incident in which unknown actor(s) removed three car batteries from Golden Triangle Construction site in East Huntingdon Township sometime betweeen Nov. 23 and 29.

Intimidation of witnesses
State police charged a 58-year-old Monongahela man with intimidation of witnesses or victims after he called and threatened the victims with physical harm if they appeared to a court hearing Dec. 3.
HUNTINGDON TWP.
Overdose
State police reported a 17-year-old overdosed after snorting two packets of heroin and was found unresponsive in her boyfriend’s bedroom around 2 p.m. in Huntingdon Township Dec. 10. Rostraver and West Newton EMS arrived on scene to administer Narcan then transported the victim to Mon Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Theft
State police said someone reported items stolen from their vehicle on Route 819 in Mount Pleasant Township, Dec. 6.
NORTH UNION TWP.
Simple assault
State police said a North Union Township man engaged in a verbal argument with a woman then allegedly shoved her, grabbed her by the head and slammed her to the ground causing her to sustain a bloody lip. The accused then fled from the scene in an unknown direction on foot Oct. 18.
PERRYOPOLIS BOROUGH
License plate stolen
Police said someone reported a magnetic license plate was stolen from a vehicle parked on Pittsburgh Road in Perryopolis Borough, Nov. 18.

Retail theft
Police are investigating a theft that occurred on Nov. 2 when an unknown actor walked into the Dollar General store on Roberts Road in Grindstone and filled up a green hamper with items from the store and exited without paying and fled in a black vehicle.

Police said a 24-year-old Brownsville man threatened another man with a handgun on Frick Street in Brownsville, Dec. 9.

Police are investigating a theft that occurred on a Ruff Dale resident’s bank account by an unknown person Dec. 7.

Identity theft
Police are investigating an incident of identity theft after Smithton Borough resident reported someone opened an unauthorized credit card in their name Nov. 16.

Resisting arrest
Police said they arrested a man following a foot pursuit after a foot pursuit in South Union Township Saturday. Police said the man initially committed retail theft at Walmart then later returned to the same Walmart which is when police found him. The man attempted to flee in a vehicle when police initiated a felony traffic stop then proceeded to flee on foot which ended in police tasing the individual to get him into custody.
