Man arrested
Devan J. Wood, 29, of 13 Birch Lane was arrested on a Fayette County bench warrant for possession of cocaine, possession with intent to deliver, escape and flight to avoid apprehension at 11:27 p.m. Friday, borough police said. Police said he was arrested in the parking lot of the A-Plus Mini-Mart on High Street, but fled on foot and was taken back into custody.

Man charged
Charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness were filed against Frank Bowers, 54, of Mill Run following a disturbance on East Crawford Avenue on Dec. 5, city police said.

Citation filed
A harassment citation was filed against Ryan Hixson, 29, of Connellsville for allegedly striking another man at a home on East Murphy Avenue on Thursday, city police said.

Juvenile charged
Harassment and underage drinking citations were filed against a 17-year-old male from the city after he allegedly struck a female in a home at the intersection of South Pittsburgh Street and East Fairview Avenue on Dec. 2, city police said.

Theft, loitering and prowling at night and receiving stolen property charges were filed against Melvin Lincoln Wingrove Jr., 44, of Dunbar after he was allegedly found in possession of stolen property on Dec. 4, city police said.

Harassment and criminal mischief charges were filed against Jordan McKnight, 24, of Dunbar following a disturbance in a home on South Eighth Street on Dec. 4, city police said.

Burglary reported
State police said someone entered Shawn Rectanus’ home on Dinner Bell-Five Forks Road through a bathroom window and removed property between Nov. 28 and Dec. 2.

One-car accident
A car driven by Duncan J. Burdett, 31, of Masontown struck an embankment and rolled on its roof after encountering water from a water main break on Edenborn Road at 4:13 a.m. Dec. 6, state police said. No injuries were reported.

ATV stolen
State police said they are investigating a report of an all-terrain vehicle stolen from 1014 Residence Drive on Nov. 8. The ATV is owned by Kyle Lee Ellsworth, 23, of Michigan and Todd Alan Morrison Jr., 20, of Mill Run, police said.

Vehicle accident
Vehicles driven by Mary J. Kanyok, 78, of Uniontown and Robert A. Crossland, 54, of Uniontown collided on Morgantown Street at Old Walnut Hill Road at 7:25 a.m. Dec. 12, state police said. No injuries were reported.
