The following charges were filed in magisterial district courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Dec. 5-6.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael M. Metros

Amy Sue Davis, 36, of Uniontown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Wayne Stewart, 40, of Uniontown, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Courtney Jones, 26, of Uniontown, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald J. Haggerty Jr.

James Edward Taylor, 34, of Connellsville, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Megan Maria Watson, 25, of Connellsville, was charged with retail theft.

Misty Lynn Campbell, 32, of Connellsville, was charged with retail theft and possession of a controlled substance.

Abigail Ann Lancaster, 21, of Connellsville, was charged with theft.

Susan Marie Bryner, 45, of Melcroft, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Jackie Ann Critz, 50, of Fairchance, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Jessica Kisko, 29, of Connellsville, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Donald Nair, 31, of Uniontown, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Erick Sutton, 29, of Smithfield, was charged with four counts of driving under the influence.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Walter Richard Hall Jr., 63, of LaBelle, was charged with simple assault.

Andrew Scott Stayrook, 36, of Grindstone, was charged with robbery with the threat of immediate serious injury, terroristic threats, retail theft, possession of a controlled substance, theft, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Michelle Rae Murphy, 35, of Dunbar, was charged with retail theft.

Kirk Douglas WIngrove, 59, of Dunbar, was charged with retail theft.

Jamie Francis Webb, 31, of Vanderbilt, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mary Jo Smith, 47, of Brownsville, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of criminal mischief, one count of driving under the influence, three counts of simple assault, and three counts of recklessly endangering another person.

Barry Schenider, 34, of Perryopolis, was charged with defiant trespass.

Joseph Marion, 46, of Belle Vernon, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Brandi Isa Henderson, 25, of Mt. Braddock, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Greene County

Roy Frederick Thorne, 71, of Fairmont, W.Va., was charged with simple assault.

Mariel Scott Challik, 30, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Travis L. Wickham, 50, of Nineveh, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Steven Carl McNeely, 25, of Waynesburg, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

James Robert Bissett, 47, of Nemacolin, was charged with resisting arrest.

Washington County

Karen Rodriguez, 70, of Donora, was charged with hindering apprehension by making false reports to law enforcement.

Wayne Fedrick, 46, of Belle Vernon, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Sarah L. Wells, 76, of Monongahela, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Eric Daniel Bowman, 32, of New Eagle, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Charles McKeen, 27, of Monongahela, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Joseph William Zyra, 54, of Bentleyville, was charged with terroristic threats, resisting arrest,obstructing the administration of justice and driving under the influence.

Dale Diaz, 50, of Charleroi, was charged with driving under the influence.

Sean Michael Patterson, 21, of Brownsville, was charged with terroristic threats and two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Adam Craig, 38, of Vestaburg, was charged with simple assault and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

William Harman Davenport, 28, of McKeesport, was charged with possession of marijuana and two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Paul Andrews, 42, of Fredericktown, was charged with simple assault.

Kaylynn Robin Poserow, 22, of Vestaburg, was charged with simple assault.

Dale Lee Poscrow, 22, of Fredericktown, was charged with defiant trespass.

Nicole Lee Gray, 28, of Fredericktown, was charged with simple assault and defiant trespass.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph A. Dalfonso

Aaron Michael Rebovich, 25, of Perryopolis, was charged with theft by deception and defiant trespass.

Kelsey Rae Jeffries, 25, of Fayette City, was charged with retail theft.

Michael James Russo, 36, of Monessen, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia,

Taylor Rajeen Harrison, 25, listed as homeless, was charged with false alarms to a public safety agency, two counts of false reports and one count of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aaron Terrell Thomas, 29, of Charleroi, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Zachary Aaron Fleming, 18, of Donora, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Casey Philip Cortese, 35, of West Newton, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carla Ann Kleitz, no age listed, of Belle Vernon, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Antonio Lamar Goodrum, 37, of Clairton, was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.
