Connellsville police charged Jocelyn McGuinness, 45, of Connellsville last week after they were called to Sheetz in April where the woman allegedly kept falling asleep behind the wheel. She was allegedly found to be in possession of heroin, and a blood test revealed she was under the influence of a controlled substance, according to police.

Juveniles charged

Three 14-year-old Connellsville boys were charged for allegedly breaking into a vacant flood-damaged home Dec. 12, according to Connellsville police.
