The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Feb. 16 and 17. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Melissa Maurer, 45, of Mount Pleasant was charged with theft, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.

Darrell Weyandt Sr., 49, of New Stanton was charged with driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.

Russell Grimm Jr., 60, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft.

Brandon McGregor, 18, of Connellsville was charged with five counts of theft from a motor vehicle and two counts of receiving stolen property.

James Albright, 28, of Lemont Furnace was charged with resisting arrest, fleeing or attempting to elude officer and six counts of reckless endangerment.

Lawrence Cellurale, 27, of Hopwood was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Samantha Harden, 28, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence.

Justin Hart, 33, of Fairbank was charged with driving under the influence.

Michele Forcina, 52, of Merritstown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Millard Fisher III, 45, of Confluence was charged with BAC .02 or higher and five counts of driving under the influence.

Nichole Craggette, 36, of Uniontown was charged with false identification.
