The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Feb. 18. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

DeShaunte Rikie Douglas, 28, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Virdell Banks Jr., 31, of Uniontown was charged with theft by deception, receiving stolen property, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Devin Michael Fitzgerald, 26, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Jonathan Bailey, 26, of New Salem was charged with manufacturing/delivering a controlled substance and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Malik H. Lawson, 20, of Donora was charged with simple assault.

Davon Goins, 31, of Donora was charged with simple assault.

Kurtis Powell, 30, of Donora was charged with theft by failing to make required deposit.

Shawn J. Lexie, 47, of New Eagle was charged with providing a false written statement and making a statement under penalty.

Russell Clair Foust Jr., 51, of New Eagle was charged with providing a false written statement and making a statement under penalty.

Frank Stein, 43, of Stockdale was charged with theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct.

Alaina Irene Black, 29, of Charleroi was charged with making terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person.

Glenda J. Menyo, 36, of Roscoe was charged with driving under the influence.

Craig Matthew Okonsky, 36, of Belle Vernon was charged with retail theft.

Michael Troy Carlson, 28, of Monongahela was charged with driving under the influence.
