Police said someone stole copper ground wire from a Chevron well site along Bunner Hill Road between Dec. 27 and 28.

Criminal mischief
Police said someone damaged a utility vehicle owned by Kittanning Contractors on a construction site near the intersection of Hunting Hill and Mapletown roads between Dec. 23 and 28.

Accident reported
State police said a vehicle driven by Charles Williams, 65, of Uniontown was turning left and hit a vehicle driven by Laverne Mills, 58, of Uniontown, which was stopped at the intersection of Gallatin Avenue and Edison Street Dec. 24. No injuries were reported.

Man charged
Alexander Huffman, 22, of Uniontown was charged after allegedly hitting Alicia Yeager, 20, of Waynesburg in the head Dec. 25 and causing minor injury.

State police said Lawrence Baker III, 20, of Hopwood turned left with a red traffic arrow at the intersection of Walmart Drive and Matthew Drive and hit a vehicle driven by Brett Balabon, 33, of Brownsville Dec. 23.

Police said a 45-year-old Masontown woman fraudulently used an 88-year-old Uniontown woman’s credit card at multiple locations between Nov. 20 and Dec. 6.

State police said a vehicle driven by Jennifer Gabeletto, 32, of Uniontown was parked directly in front of an unknown driver at the Dairy Queen drive-thru Dec. 24. Police said the unknown driver attempted to pull out and hit Gabeletto’s vehicle.

Police said someone broke into a storage trailer at 472 Braddock Rd., damaged the pad lock and stole tools Nov. 21.

Police said someone used a stolen credit card to purchase more than $4,000 in gift cards from Shop ‘n Save and fled the scene July 30.

A 74-year-old female reported someone stole her laser lighting device from her front yard along the 400 block of Hickory Street between Dec. 26 and 27.

State police said someone stole a 55-inch LG flat screen TV from a Davidson Avenue residence between Dec. 2 and 3.

Missing person
John Thomas Rogers, 42, of Scottdale was reported missing since Dec. 25. Police said he was last seen walking away from his residence at 114 Broad Street in Upper Tyrone Township wearing a black and white jacket, black T-shirt with a Superman symbol on it, black baseball cap with “PA Pipeline Trash” written on it, jeans and black high-top shoes. He has several tattoos including “Celtic Warrior” on his biceps, “David” and “Chris” on his rib cage, “KAW” on his left arm, “JT” on his right arm, a smiling sun on his right calf, “Tyler” on his chest, Japanese symbols on his collarbone and back of his neck, a leprechaun on his chest, “Irish pride” on his belly, and “Your name” on his hip.
