Man charged
State police said Randall Scott Jeffries, 54, of Grindstone was charged with simple assault after he allegedly got into a physical altercation with a 45-year-old female on Taylor Flats Road on Wednesday.

Duo cited
California Borough Police said Kaitlynn Daniell Finley, 21, of Latrobe was cited for a disorderly house ordinance after she was allegedly part of an alcoholic party on Third Street on Jan. 1. Police said they were called to the residence with reports of an unconscious man, who was later identified as Nicholas Patrick Gruss, 20, of Latrobe. Gruss was also cited for purchasing alcohol for minors.

Man charged
State police said Koedy Lee Jacobs, 22, of Vanderbilt was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 119 on Nov. 25.

Man cited
State police said Austin Lee Van Dusen, 21, was cited for harassment following an alleged dispute with a 22-year-old woman involving child custody on Dec. 21.

Man cited
State police said Kevin Allen Temple, 47, was cited for harassment after he allegedly struck Michael Allen Boardley, 21, in the face on Tollgate Run Road on Dec. 27.

Theft reported
State police said someone stole two five gallon jugs of diesel fuel and a saw from a construction site trailer with Atlas Services Corp. along Smith Creek Road on Monday night.

Fuel stolen
State police said someone stole roughly 162 gallons of diesel fuel from the Dunkard Township Municipal Authority’s storage facility on Dec. 15.

State police said someone stole a tube of Orajel from the BFS Store on Gas Company Road on Friday.

Vehicle crash
State police said neither Andrea Toothman, 20, of Greensboro nor Kirk Piehler, 58, of Escanba, Mich., were injured when their vehicles were involved in a crash on Interstate 79 at 11:40 p.m. Jan. 6.
