Falcons hold off Commodores, 82-77

Noah Brown scored a game-high 28 points and pulled down 20 rebounds as Brownsville maintained its spot alone at the top of Section 4-AA with an 82-77 victory over visiting Frazier on Wednesday night.

The Falcons (10-3, 6-0) built a 24-14 advantage in the first period and led 43-37 at halftime and 65-54 after three.

Shandon Marshall added 18 points for Brownsville.

Damon Lovis and Mark Dillon paced the Commodores (7-7, 2-4) with 22 and 21 points, respectively. Brothers Josh Cox and Caleb Cox each tallied 16 points.
