The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties between Jan. 15 and 16. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Marquetta Resean Harris, 24, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated assault.
John William Hibbard III, 40, of Uniontown was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer L. Jeffries
Brandi Leanell Hill, 26, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft and defiant trespass.
Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis
Jennifer Lynn Fike, 39, of Uniontown was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, six counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
Scott Alan Nolan, 28, of Acme was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.
Joseph Anthony Desalvo, 55, of Brownsville was charged with prohibited possession of a firearm, firearms not to be carried without a license and two counts of theft from a motor vehicle.

Jeffrey M. Ritenour, 39, of Belle Vernon was charged with fleeing or eluding police, driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless endangerment.
Greene County
Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates
Derrick Lee Sampson, no age listed, of Waynesburg was charged with theft by unlawful taking.
Washington County
Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson
Richard Michael Burella Jr., 34, of Donora was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment.
Westmoreland County
Magisterial District Judge Joseph A. Dalfonso
Jarrod Madison, 35, of Monessen was charged with simple assault.
Magisterial District Judge Charles M. Christner
Christopher Schulter, 32, of Belle Vernon was charged with attempted simple assault and theft by unlawful taking.
Magisterial District Judge Charles D. Moore
Daniel Joseph Barnhart, 28, of Scottdale was charged with two counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
