State police said Enrico Marino Gales, 29, of Connellsville was charged with providing a false written statement and making a statement under penalty after he allegedly incorrectly filled out an ATF and PSP form while trying to purchase a firearm from Halls Gun Repair in June 2015.

State police said Lucas Alexander Mancini, 21, of Fairchance was charged with retail theft after he allegedly stole $3 worth of merchandise from Sheetz on Jan. 15.

State police said Brandi L. Hill, 26, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft after she allegedly tried to steal makeup from Wal-Mart on Jan. 16.

State police said Destry Dwayne Dewitt, 47, of Connellsville was charged with possession of marijuana and driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Jan. 2 along Mount Tabor Road.

State police said Amy Marie Spade, 47, of Uniontown was charged with theft by deception after she allegedly stole $10.54 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart on Jan. 13.

Pills stolen

State police said someone broke into a car owned by Edward Joseph Blaszczak while parked at the Park & Ride on Pittsburgh Road and stole 28 Xanax pills on Thursday.

Southwest Regional Police said Eric J. Robinson, 44, of Dilliner was charged with driving under the influence and disorderly conduct following a traffic stop on Walnut Hill Road on Dec. 19.

Southwest Regional Police said Matthew Lee Murray, 28, of Point Marion was charged with three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident on North Main Street on Nov. 11.

State police said Shannon Beatty, 18, of Everson was cited for harassment after she an three other 17-year-old females, who were also cited, were harassing each other for the past few months after an incident at school.

State police said Nicole Delaney, 26, of Fredericktown was uninjured when the vehicle she was driving traveled off the roadway and into a utility pole on Jefferson Road on Wednesday.

State police said James Parrish, 56, of Waynesburg sustained minor injuries when the vehicle he was driving collided with one driven by Joseph Grash, 43, of Waynesburg, who was uninjured, on Interstate 79 on Wednesday. Parrish’s passengers, Amanda Loar-Parrish, 42, Samantha Tissue-Orndoff, 21, and Kathy Loar, 57, all of Waynesburg, also sustained minor injuries.

Duo cited

State police said Clifford Ayres, 38, and Ashly Wilson, 31, both of Bentleyville, were cited for disorderly conduct after they allegedly created an disturbance after an argument over a phone and iPad on Jan. 9 on Lane Street.

MONONGAHELA TWP.

Accident reported

State police said no one was injured when the vehicles driven by Daniel Spell, 25, of Dilliner and James Qualls, 50, of Big Stone Gap, Virginia collided on Eighty Eight Road on Tuesday. Spell’s passengers, Bruce Anderson, 16, Alex Spell, 22, and Jory Cooley, 18, were also uninjured.
