State police said Enrico Marino Gales, 29, of Connellsville was charged with providing a false written statement and making a statement under penalty after he allegedly incorrectly filled out an ATF and PSP form while trying to purchase a firearm from Halls Gun Repair in June 2015.

State police said James Parrish, 56, of Waynesburg sustained minor injuries when the vehicle he was driving collided with one driven by Joseph Grash, 43, of Waynesburg, who was uninjured, on Interstate 79 on Wednesday. Parrish’s passengers, Amanda Loar-Parrish, 42, Samantha Tissue-Orndoff, 21, and Kathy Loar, 57, all of Waynesburg, also sustained minor injuries.

State police said Clifford Ayres, 38, and Ashly Wilson, 31, both of Bentleyville, were cited for disorderly conduct after they allegedly created an disturbance after an argument over a phone and iPad on Jan. 9 on Lane Street.
