The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Jan. 24. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Charles Sutton, 30, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of driving under the influence.
Douglas Kerr, no age given, of Uniontown was charged with writing bad checks.

Lyle Areford, 42, of McClellandtown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Andrew, 29, of New Eagle was charged with receiving stolen property and prohibited possession of a firearm.

Robert Lenhart Jr., 32, of Monessen was charged with theft.
Jordan Yonkers, 28, of Webster was charged with three counts each of access device fraud and receiving stolen property.
Autumn Reynolds, 20, of Cokeburg was charged with retail theft.
Anthony Snyder, 25, of Monessen was charged with harassment.
Joseph Marion, 45, of Monessen was charged with simple assault.

Donald Anthony, 43, of West Newton was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.
Christine Ahlborn-Frend, 48, of Youngwood was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.
Rakell Greene, 26, of of McKeesport was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shawn Materna, 54, of Youngwood was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.
Latasha Wharton, 28, of Clairton was charged with making false statements and statement under penalty.
Eric Miller, 30, of Friedens was charged with simple assault.
