The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Jan. 24. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis

Charles Sutton, 30, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of driving under the influence.

Douglas Kerr, no age given, of Uniontown was charged with writing bad checks.

Damien Maxon, 24, of Masontown was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Lyle Areford, 42, of McClellandtown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Joseph Andrew, 29, of New Eagle was charged with receiving stolen property and prohibited possession of a firearm.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

Robert Lenhart Jr., 32, of Monessen was charged with theft.

Jordan Yonkers, 28, of Webster was charged with three counts each of access device fraud and receiving stolen property.

Autumn Reynolds, 20, of Cokeburg was charged with retail theft.

Anthony Snyder, 25, of Monessen was charged with harassment.

Joseph Marion, 45, of Monessen was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Charles D. Moore

Donald Anthony, 43, of West Newton was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Christine Ahlborn-Frend, 48, of Youngwood was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Rakell Greene, 26, of of McKeesport was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Margerie Asbury, 32, of Mount Pleasant was charged with two counts of cruelty to animals.

Shannon Vanorsdale, 32, of Mount Pleasant was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shawn Materna, 54, of Youngwood was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Latasha Wharton, 28, of Clairton was charged with making false statements and statement under penalty.

Eric Miller, 30, of Friedens was charged with simple assault.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Jesse Cramer

Travis Barlow, 37, of Waynesburg was charged with two counts of permitting violation of display documents.

Amanda Mitchell, 30, of Waynesburg was charged with possession of display documents.
