The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Jan. 27. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Zachary Helisek, 18, of Smock was charged with four counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure and 16 counts each of conspiracy to commit criminal homicide, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
Christian Cicconi, 21, of Smock was charged with four counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure and 16 counts each of conspiracy to commit criminal homicide, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
Patrick Dugan, 22, of Uniontown was charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, 16 counts of attempted criminal homicide and 16 counts of aggravated assault.
Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis
Erik Thompson, 39, of Dunbar was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.
Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.
Tyrone Johnson, 38, of Uniontown was charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, possession of an instrument of crime with intent, simple assault, reckless endangerment, theft, receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct, conspiracy to commit unlawful restraint and two counts of aggravated assault.
Xvier Wells, 21, of Uniontown was charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, possession of an instrument of crime with intent, simple assault, reckless endangerment, theft, receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct, and two counts of aggravated assault.
Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock
Kaitlan Burton, 18, of Marion, West Virginia was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Greene County
Magisterial District Judge Jesse Cramer
James Lewellen III, 19, of Mount Morris was charged with retail theft.
Magisterial District Judge D. Glenn Bates
Tracy Russell, 44, of Waynesburg was charged with involuntary manslaughter, four counts of endangering the welfare of children and four counts of reckless endangerment.
Washington County
Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson
Nicole Porter, 29, of Monongahela was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Aaron Kapolka, 20, of Belle Vernon was charged with false identification to law enforcement.
Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis
Hollie Reeves, 38, of Clarksville was charged with retail theft.
Westmoreland County
Magisterial District Judge Roger F. Eckels
John Askey, 37, of Greensburg was charged with false statements and unsworn falsification to authorities.
