The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties March 4 and 5. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Kenneth Pone, 33, of Donora was charged with prohibited possession of a firearm and firearms not to be carried without a license.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Raymond Hugley, 46, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Kristi Bogol, 30, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Kevin Clark, 43, of Uniontown was charged with furnishing drug-free urine.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Patrick Hileman, 47, of Normalville was charged with simple assault.

Richard Shoemaker, 59, of Connellsville was charged with driving under the influence.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Bridgett Curry, 35, of Uniontown was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Ronald Nicholson, 53, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence.

Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis

Joel Geesey, 26, of California was charged with criminal mischief.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Patrick Havrilesko, 21, of Allison was charged with providing accurate information.

Derrick Reynolds, 24, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

Jillian Brown, 31, of Monongahela was charged with theft.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Crystal Mulldune, 32, of Masontown was charged with theft, possessing a counterfeit access device, and three counts each of access device fraud and tampering with records.

Ashley Jones, 23, of Irwin was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brittany Jones, 22, of Irwin was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Moore

Joseph Rinehart, 21, of Akron, Ohio, was charged with false identification, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of driving under the influence.

Magisterial District Judge Roger F. Eckels

Terry Mathias III, 19, of North Huntingdon was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Joseph Loughner, 51, of Greensburg was charged with harassment, two counts of terroristic threats and two counts of conspiracy to commit terroristic threats.

Kimberly Ross, 34, of Connellsville charged with harassment, two counts of terroristic threats and two counts of conspiracy to commit terroristic threats.

Pierce Cook, 20, of Mount Pleasant was charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Jesse Cramer

Aaron Redman, 18, of Waynesburg was charged with theft, receiving stolen property and tampering with physical evidence.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Nina Jordan, 24, of Nemacolin was charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person less than 16, unlawful contact with a minor, conspiracy to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, conspiracy to commit sexual assault, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, indecent assault of a person less than 16, and conspiracy to commit indecent assault of a person less than 16.

David Smith, 25, of Nemacolin was charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person less than 16, unlawful contact with a minor, conspiracy to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, conspiracy to commit sexual assault, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, indecent assault of a person less than 16, and conspiracy to commit indecent assault of a person less than 16, conspiracy to commit unlawful contact with a minor and two counts of sexual assault.
