Phone stolen

Krista Constanza, 24, of Brownsville reported her cellphone was stolen after she left it in the bathroom of Pilot Travel Center Friday between 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m.

Motor home damaged

Police said someone smashed a windshield and several windows on a motor home belonging to Mark Hall, 54, of Connellsville at 139 Center Dr. between Feb. 7 and 8.

Rollover accident

Police said driver Jourdan Hair, 21, lost control of her vehicle on Memory Lane. The car rolled onto its roof, according to police.

Simple assault

Police said Joshua Johns, 28, of Connellsville and his mother, Shai Upton, 50, of Connellsville got into an argument about Johns’ girlfriend leaving dirty diapers around the residence. They said Upton tossed two dirty diapers onto the floor next to Johns, and he threw a can of soda at her then shoved her to the floor and grabbed her by the throat and slapped her Feb. 19. He is charged with simple assault.

Theft from vehicle

Police said someone stole several items from inside a car belonging to Kenneth Reynolds, 50, while it was parked at 670 Taylortown Road between Feb. 7 and 8.

Money stolen

Irene Guthrie, 76, of Fairchance reported someone stole money from her residence the night of Feb. 27.

Theft from parents

Police said Aaron Toth, 22, of Charleroi stole two cellphones, two televisions and tools from his parents residence on Redds Mills Road Feb. 6. Police said two of the items were recovered at pawn shops.

Man charged

Police charged Aaron Toth, 23, of Charleroi for allegedly punching and biting Troy Toth and wrapping a charging cord around his neck at a residence along Redds Mill Road Feb. 13.

Theft from well site

Police said someone hot-wired a truck and stole a utility task vehicle from Atlas Energy Services at their site along Smith Creek Road between Jan. 29 and Feb. 8.

MONONGAHELA

Man arrested on warrant

Monongahela police arrested Theodore Babich, 29, of Monongahela after a traffic stop where he was a passenger in the vehicle. Police said he was wanted on a bench warrant out of Washington County and handed over to the state constables.

Police said someone stole pills from a residence on Allison One Road Feb. 9.

Hit and run

Driver Mikayla Russell, 17, of Belle Vernon reported someone hit her vehicle with its rear side panel as she was merging onto I-70 from Arnold City. She reported the vehicle turned abruptly into her lane when she was merging at 3:30 p.m. Feb. 19.

Vehicles damaged

Police said someone damaged all four tires on a car belonging to Shannon Cicconi, 23, of Smock and two tires on a vehicle belonging to M & R Transportation of Uniontown overnight Saturday outside 149 Main St.

Police said Jonathan Bailey, 27, of New Salem sent threatening texts to a 23-year-old Smock woman from Feb. 26 to 28.

Employee charged with theft

Police charged Jason Edwards, 36, of Dawson for allegedly stealing $80 from a safe at Denny’s, where he worked, Saturday.

One-vehicle accident

Police said driver Deborah Newman, 63, of Scottdale suffered a diabetic emergency and traveled off Mount Pleasant Road and hit a fence and utility pole Feb. 20.

Vehicle stolen

Police said someone stole a silver 2007 Volkswagon Beetle convertible with a black soft top with vehicle registration JWS7145 while it was parked at 714 Everson St. between 11 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday.

Retail theft

Police said Jamie Brady, 40, of Brownsville stole health and beauty products from Walmart and shoved a loss prevention officer into the door when she was fleeing Feb. 20.
