Man charged
Police charged Phillip Tominello, 54, of Belle Vernon with loitering and prowling at nighttime, criminal mischief and criminal trespass for an alleged incident at 1248 Broad St.

Wall damaged
Deborah Griest reported someone hit her stone retaining wall with a vehicle and damaged it March 10.

Warrants served
Police said they served 157 summary warrants out of Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.’s office March 10 and collected nearly $5,000 in fines.

Assault reported
Police said Jaryn Colwick, 22, and Stephen Schwarzkopf, 26, both of Denver, Colorado, were involved in a domestic dispute at 84 Second St. on March 13. Police charged Colwick with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct and charged Schwarzkopf with disorderly conduct.

Man charged
Police charged Jeffrey Templeton, 21, of Belmont, West Virginia, with simple assault for an alleged domestic dispute at 193 Beazel St. for an alleged domestic dispute March 12.

Disorderly house
Police charged David Ingram, 21, of Pittsburgh for allegedly violating the disorderly house ordinance when police were called to his Second Street apartment Feb. 20 where police said loud music was playing and they could allegedly smell marijuana.

Revolver stolen
Police said someone stole a .38-caliber Smith and Wesson revolver from a 42-year-old man’s 2015 GMC Denali between Feb. 29 and March 1 while it was parked at 66 Oliver Road.

One-vehicle accident
Police said an unnamed driver hit a pole off North Gallatin Avenue on March 10. One injury was reported.

Police charged Justis Tyler, 21, of Uniontown for allegedly arguing with Kelly Jo Lucas, 47, of Uniontown at 175 Lower Oliver 3 on March 9.

Parked vehicle hit
Jennifer Jupina, 34, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence for allegedly hitting a vehicle belonging to John High, 60, of Waynesburg while it was parked along Fairview Street on Feb. 10. She allegedly fled the scene.

Scott Sommovilla, 36, of Allenport was charged for allegedly breaking into a Kennedy Road residence Between Jan. 28 and 29 and stealing multiple items belonging to David Patrick Harris Jr.

Vehicle rammed
Police said Shannon Silbaugh, 35, of Brownsville followed Teann Ebner, 36, of Uniontown and rammed her vehicle twice on Work Parkway on March 2. Leah Saluga, 35, of Uniontown allegedly punch the windshield and driver’s side window of Ebner’s vehicle.
