Man charged
State police said Mark Coliny, 46, of Mount Pleasant was charged with simple assault after he allegedly got into a physical altercation with Angela Kay Sampson, 30, of Dawson on Wednesday.

State police said no one was injured when the vehicle driven by Justin Mick, 20, of Dilliner collided with one driven by Ray Bell, 24, of Mount Morris along Eighty Eight Road on Tuesday.

State police said Hayley Marie Haile reported that someone threw eggs at the victim’s vehicle on March 12 while parked on Maple Street.

State police said Donald Holdridge, 35, of New Hartford, New York, was uninjured when the vehicle he was driving traveled off the roadway and into an embankment along Route 43 on March 8.

State police said Justin Lane McCann, 24, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was charged with accessing a fraudulent device and theft by deception after he allegedly used a debit card that belonged to Nicholas Bialko on Feb. 5.

State police said Brian Taylor, 29, of Clarksville sustained an injury when the vehicle he was driving collided with a parked vehicle on Route 188 on Friday morning.

State police said Kenneth Donald Harris, 50, Jayle Louise Messinger-Pople, 26, Michael Wayne Huston, 48, and William Lee Tonini, 22, all of Daisytown, were cited for disorderly conduct after they were allegedly involved in a verbal altercation on Sunset Drive on March 2.

State police said Jeffery Cunningham, 53, of Carmichaels was charged with driving under the influence after he was found allegedly operating his vehicle in an erratic manner on Greene Street on Feb. 12.
