The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 22 and 23.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

Janene Pastor, 43, of Monessen was charged with simple assault.

Edward Povrzenich, 26, of Smithfield was charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Shakia Moore, 24, of Belle Vernon was charged with simple assault.

Scott Brown, 29, of Belle Vernon was charged with driving under the influence.

Larry Jericho, 36, of Belle Vernon was charged with retail theft and defiant trespass.

Angela Scirotto, 41, of Pittsburgh was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Robert Reeves, 34, of Monessen was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, reckless endangerment and simple assault.

Robert Volk, 18, of Belle Vernon was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.

Darryl Trinkala, 38, of Charleroi was charged with retail theft.

Anthony Hernandez, 27, homeless was charged with terroristic threats and defiant trespass.

Kayla Hall, 19, of Dickerson Run was charged with simple assault.

Bobbie Sims, 33, of Hunker was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

David Magyor, 49, of Hunker was charged with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.

James Herrin, 51, of Latrobe was charged with simple assault.

Jermaine Pawlick-Curry Sr., 31, of Scottdale was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Roger F. Eckels

Brooke Nelson, 18, of Mount Pleasant was charged with possession of a firearm by a minor and five counts each of endangering the welfare of children and reckless endangerment.

Joshua Hudec, 31, of Mount Pleasant was charged with possession of a firearm by a minor and five counts each of endangering the welfare of children and reckless endangerment.

Kristopher Lewis, 44, of Mount Pleasant was charged with firearm ownership.

Brooke Cottom, 18, of Ruffsdale was charged with four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Susan Graft, 62, of Scottdale was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Timothy Rose, 50, of Pittsburgh was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Harrison, 51, of Monongahela was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Larry W. Hopkins

Richard Fink, 32, of Charleroi was charged with three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Larry Lenzi Jr., 46, of Monongahela was charged with driving under the influence.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Donald Ringer, 64, of South Connellsville was charged with conspiracy to commit unsworn falsification to authorities and coercion or threat of official act.

Steven Grubbs, 27, of Connellsville was charged with obstruction of justice.

Kenneth Harshman, 21, of Connellsville was charged with disorderly conduct, unsworn falsification to authorities and conspiracy to commit unsworn falsification to authorities.

Melissa Sherwood, 35, of Hopwood was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oliver Fitzgerald, 44, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of driving under the influence.

Chad Todd, 34, of Dilliner was charged with possession of marijuana and simple assault.

David Wozniak, 52, of Belle Vernon was charged with two counts of reckless endangerment and one count each of disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and institutional vandalism.

James Drury, 33, of Perryopolis was charged with simple assault.

Mark Marian, 44, of Smock was charged with simple assault.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge D. Glenn Bates

Jesse Watson, 44, of Waynesburg was charged with

two counts each of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, harassment and one count each of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Anita Danko, 30, of Dilliner was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.
