BROWNSVILLE
Home entered
Elliot Galand, 33, of Uniontown, reports that his home on Shelton Avenue in Brownsville was broken into and damaged between October 19 and 21. Anyone with information regarding the incident should contact State Police at (724) 929-6262.
CALIFORNIA
Men arrested
Three men faced charges after their vehicle was pulled over in Long Branch on October 24. Nicholas Jeremiah Buell, 21, of Charleroi was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, and Eddie Donell McGuire, 22, of Charleroi was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia as well as disorderly conduct and presenting false identification to police. A third passenger in the car, Robert Terrance Williams, 24, of St. Petersburg, Fla., faces extradition to Florida, where he has a warrant for his arrest. Police report that he was also in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Shoplifter reported
Pechin supermarket reported that an actor known only as “Donna” stole $40 of assorted food products from Pechin on September 7. “Donna” then fled the scene.
HOPWOOD
Store robbed
Police report that the Circle K convenience store was robbed on October 28. They are seeking information on two actors who robbed the store, one of whom wore a dark hooded sweatshirt with dark pants and had blue eyes, and one who wore a camouflage hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

DUI reported
Zachary Lemesh, 24, of Brownsville has been charged with DUI, reckless driving and related charges after crashing his vehicle into the Albany Tunnel in Jefferson Township on October 29.
UPPER TYRONE TWP.
Fight reported
Police report that Mark Allen Swank, 18, of Dawson, accused Earl Swank, Jr., 33, of Dawson, of removing a PS3 game system and a Grand Theft Auto game from his room without permission on October 28. Earl Swank, Jr. has been charged with theft, harassment, and criminal mischief.
