The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 29 and 30.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Stephani Kiss, 35, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Cindy Wilson, 30, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Justin Martelli, 36, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis

David Lee, 47, of Lemont Furnace was charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, accidents involving death or personal injury, homicide by vehicle and driving under the influence.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Jason Biddle, 33, of Brownsville was charged with burglary and criminal trespass.

Kayla Endsley, 24, of Hopwood was charged with simple assault.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Charles M. Christner

Justin Kinzel, 33, of Greensburg was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence.

Magisterial District Judge Roger F. Eckels

David Lint, 45, of Mount Pleasant was charged with endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and disorderly conduct.
