FRAZIER – The Frazier Community Library will be having a special event titled ‘Masters of American Art’ on Mon. Nov. 14th starting at 6pm. The speaker will be Norene Halvonik who is a member of the Perryopolis Fine Arts Club. The library is located at 142 Constitution St. in Perryopolis. Call the library at 724-736-2806 with any questions. Refreshments will be served.
