The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Nov. 10 and 11.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis

Brandon Henderson, 28, of Hopwood was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.

Megan Cavanaugh, 23, of Scottdale was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Don Grant, 27, of Brownsville was charged with materially false written statements and unsworn falsification to authorities.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel C. Shimshock

Kevin Byrd, 61, of Masontown was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude officers.

Lynnaesha Johnson, 20, of Masontown was charged with two counts of simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Joshua Mulnix, 23, of Connellsville was charged with simple assault.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry W. Hopkins

Breanne Schaum, 32, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and indecent exposure.

Richard Antonucci, 43, of Coal Center was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

William Richards, 29, of Charleroi was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts each of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph A. Dalfonso

James Gaul II, 29, of Belle Vernon was charged with retail theft.

Donna Linko, 62, of Star Junction was charged with 11 counts of theft.

Kathleen Wilkinson, 38, of Acme was charged with retail theft and defiant trespass.

Michael Billy, 52, of Monessen was charged with possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Terri Bolin, 44, of Monessen was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Charles M. Christner

Dylan Marshall, 23, of Latrobe was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Magisterial District Judge Charles D. Moore

William Brick, 57, of Ruffsdale was charged with possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility.

Cody Smouse, 24, of Scottdale was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
