The following charges were filed in magisterial district courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Nov. 14 -16.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Tracy Jo McMahon, 52, of Washington, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Jonathan Swank Jr., 24, of Mount Pleasant, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Travis Michael Lippart, 20, of Smithfield, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ronald Lee Dotson, 24, of Uniontown, was charged with retail theft.

Randy William Turner, 27, of Hopwood, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Nicholle Dawn Lee, 28, of Fayette City, was charged with retail theft.

Cole Michael Heilman, 21, of Uniontown, was charged with retail theft.

Krista Renee Wilson, 30, of Uniontown, was charged with retail theft.

Donald Burnsworth, 41, of Dunbar, was charged with burglary, robbery, theft, receiving stolen property, theft by deception and harassment.

John Richard Hardoby, 37, of Uniontown, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Clyde Jacob Morrison, 18, of Smithfield, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, and four counts of driving under the influence.

Mark Adam Malenock, 18, of Uniontown, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charles Francis Marino, 41, of Smithton, was charged with driving under the influence of a high rate of alcohol.

Ashly Ann Hull, 33, of Farmington, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Rosa Isalia Hernandez Callejas, 19, of Uniontown, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.

David Lee Shipley, 19, of Normalville, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Todd Edward Knight, 41, of Connellsville, was charged with driving under the influence.

Keri Marie Cronin, 36, of Brownsville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Erin Edward Burnsworth, 30, of Leisenring, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Jesse J. Cramer

John R. Stage, 46, of Waynesburg, was charged with burglary, criminal trespassing and defiant trespassing.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Larry Michael Plavi, 37, of Nemacolin, was charged with criminal attempt indecent deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion, indecent exposure, criminal solicitation, open lewdness and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

David Anthony Arkovich Jr., 30, of Monongahela, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Heather Lee Milligan, 40, of Monongahela, was charged with providing a materially false written statement for the purchase of a firearm and making a false statement.

Thomas Yancy Johnson, 28, of Charleroi, was charged with driving under the influence.

Robert L. McGrew, 41, of New Eagle, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Dennis Victor Keller Jr., 24, of New Eagle, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Paul Anthony Frameli, 55, of Charleroi, was charged with accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle.

Derek John Podolak, 43, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Christopher Darin Smittle, 33, of California, was charged with retail theft.

Ian A. Cunningham, 24, of Stroudsburg, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

John Edward Edgar, 53, of Fredericktown, was charged with driving under the influence.

Trenton Levonn Coles, 24, of Clairton, was charged with criminal mischief.

Kenneth Jordan Coles, 25, of Clairton, was charged with criminal mischief.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph A. Dalfonso

Michael David Chaney Jr., 27, of Donora, was charged with insurance fraud and conspiracy to file false reports.

Nicolette Hardison, no age listed, of Monessen, was charged with false or fraudulent insurance claims, false reports and conspiracy to file false reports.

Michael James Russo, 36, of Charleroi, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Wergin, 39, of Monessen, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

AnnaKatherine Bennington, 44, of Everson, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.

Derek Anthony Desalvo, 22, of Belle Vernon, was charged with terroristic threats, two counts of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.

David Ray Wood, 54, of Lancaster, Ohio, was charged with driving under the influence and obstruction of the law.

Andrew Patrick Pitts, 26, of Connellsville, was charged with criminal mischief.

Joseph Marcinko, 66, of Ruffs Dale, was charged with simple assault and resisting arrest.

Ilene P. Linerman, 52, of Scottdale, was chard with driving under the influence.

Robin O. Vernon, 56, of Scottdale, was charged with driving under the influence.

David Francis Wray, 45, of Fayette City, was charged with theft from a motor vehicle.

Jessie Marie Ritenour, 25, of Normalville, was charged with driving under the influence.
