The following charges were filed in magisterial district courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Nov. 21-23.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Joseph Alchimowicz, 57 of Uniontown, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Eric Christopher Hice, 30, of Uniontown, was charged with simple assault.

Richard Simmons, 47, of Uniontown, was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dontae Lee, 25, of Uniontown, was charged with adulterating or misbranding a controlled substance.

Alexis Leigh Henderson, 23, of Uniontown, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald J. Haggerty Jr.

Jonathan William Biller, 19, of Mt. Pleasant, was charged with aggravated assault, criminal attempt homicide, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.

Brandon Scott White, 23, of Connellsville, was charged with simple assault and endangering the welfare of children.

Christopher W. Bensen, 22, of Connellsville, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua Richard Hall, 24, of Dunbar, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Ryan Patrick Tribble, 20, of Uniontown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Melanie Lynn Baker, 22,of Uniontown, was charged with receiving stolen property, retail theft and criminal attempt to commit retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Wendy D. Dennis

John Edward Pompura, 52, of Uniontown, was charged with criminal trespassing.

Kyle Jacob Hair-Stewart, 19, of Farmington, was charged with aggravated and simple assault.

Amanda Elizabeth Loulis, 23, of Farmington, was charged with aggravated and simple assault.

Kathy Ann Bass, 28, of New Salem, was charged with driving under the influence.

Robert Franklin Glover III, 27, of Grindstone, was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement.

Marc A. Dunn, 31, of Brownsville, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and forgery.

Travis Durkin, 22, of Brownsville, was charged with simple assault.

Ronald William Christopher, 60, of Grindstone, was charged with simple assault.

Derek Michael Endsley, 26, of Merrittstown, was charged with flight to avoid apprehension and fleeing or attempting to elude police.

Eric Richard Harper, 23, of Mt. Pleasant, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

John Jeffrey Springer, 50, of Vanderbilt, was charged with two counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Bryan Scott Mitchell, 32, of Normalville, was charged with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.

Robert Dale Hillen, 20, of Vanderbilt, was charged with retail theft.

Greene County

Scott Anthony Pecjak, 48, of Crucible, was charged with simple assault.

Cody Rhome, 20, of Carmichaels, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Washington County

David Alexander Kalvesmaki, 29, of Belle Vernon, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Michael Patrick Harrison, 24, of Monongahela, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shamika Monique Rawlins-Wilson, 34, of Donora, was charged with four counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tina Ann Waychoff, 32, of Scenery Hill, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Willard R. Gigliotti, 45, of New Eagle, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Kimberly Margaret Love, 31, of Pittsburgh, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Seth William Glenn, 33, of Adah, was charged with simple assault.

Yee Hashamba Lemarkis, 29, no address listed, was charged with forgery, access device fraud, theft by deception, tampering with records identity theft and resisting arrest.

Rashad Hairston, 20, of Charleroi, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of simple assault.

Sean William Johnson, 33, of North Charleroi, was charged with theft from a motor vehicle and criminal attempt theft from a motor vehicle.

Robert Higginbotham, 19, o f Duquesne, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathon Glenn Wicks, 32, of Fredericktown, was charged with accidents involving death or injury while not properly licensed.

Nathan James Karpinski, 21, of Oakmont, was charged with driving under the influence.

Benjamin Glenn Lesczynski, 26, of Brownsville, was charged with criminal attempt homicide, aggravated assault on a victim less than 13 years old and defendant 18 or older, aggravated assault on a victim less than six and defendant 18 or older, simple assault, endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person.

Brandon Tyler Michaux, 23, of Daisytown, was charged with making a false alarm to an agency of public safety.

Cedric Jackson, 46, of California, was charged with disorderly conduct.

John Kadonick, 33, of Washington, was charged with three counts of harassment and one count of disorderly conduct.

Westmoreland County

Jeffrey Allen Sickles, 24, of Donora, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of having a second offense of driving with a blood alcohol level of .02 or greater.

Karen Marie Brewer, 30, of Monessen, was charged with receiving stolen property.

Tiffany Nicole Gemas, 29, of Everson, was charged with retail theft.

Rebecca Renee McCune, 24, of Everson, was charged with theft by unlawful taking.

Matthew Glenn Beers, 22, of Mt. Pleasant, was charged with escape.

Thomas Leroy Thorpe, 48, of Richeyville, was charged with retail theft.

Brittany Weir, 27, of Jeannette, was charged with retail theft.

David Lee Gesinski, 31, of Mount Pleasant, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Ronald William Shaffer, 75, of Mt. Pleasant, was charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness.

Matthew Allen Greenawalt, 24, of Mt. Pleasant, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

Phillip Andrew Burnsworth, 33, of South Connellsville, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence and one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Kayla Lynn Brinker, 33, of Mt. Pleasant, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Brian Francis Secosky, 37, of Southwest, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.
