Joseph Alchimowicz, 57 of Uniontown, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Eric Christopher Hice, 30, of Uniontown, was charged with simple assault.
Richard Simmons, 47, of Uniontown, was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dontae Lee, 25, of Uniontown, was charged with adulterating or misbranding a controlled substance.
Alexis Leigh Henderson, 23, of Uniontown, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Jonathan William Biller, 19, of Mt. Pleasant, was charged with aggravated assault, criminal attempt homicide, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
Brandon Scott White, 23, of Connellsville, was charged with simple assault and endangering the welfare of children.
Christopher W. Bensen, 22, of Connellsville, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joshua Richard Hall, 24, of Dunbar, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
