Terroristic threats 

According to police Tricia Santori, 37 of Monessen was charged for making terroristic threats on Sept. 26.

Burglary

A Uniontown resident reported someone entered a home on Shelton Avenue in Brownsville Borough and damaged the property. Police ask anyone with information to contact Belle Vernon PSP at 724-929-6262.

COAL CENTER

Fire investigation

Police said two Coal Center borough residents returned home to find their residence on fire Wednesday. A dehumidifier in the basement caused the fire.

Criminal mischief

Police said a man reported his car was marked with orange paint while in Connersville Wal-Mart on Oct. 22.

Public drunkenness

Police cited 20-year-old Rashaad Hairston for harassment and public drunkenness following an incident at 107 Blythe Road in Charleroi Friday night.

House fire

Police said two Franklin Township residents returned home to find their residence on fire Wednesday night. The fire was ruled accidental and believe to have started in a basement storage area.

Traffic violations

Police said Robert Krepps, 36 of Farmington was charged multiple traffic violations after wrecking his vehicle on Mud Pike Road then fleeing on foot before State Police arrived on scene. The accident occurred on Oct. 20.

Access device fraud

Police said someone used fraudulent identifications to make fraudulent purchases with someone’s credit card accounts at Best Buy in Hempfield Township. Police ask anyone with information to contact PSP Greensburg.

Theft from vehicle

Police said a Hempfield Township resident reported someone stole their Smith and Wesson M&P .40 caliber handgun from their unlocked vehicle on Conway Street sometime between September 14 and October 8.

One-vehicle accident

Driver Amy Semarge, 38, of Youngwood was driving on Swede Hill Road in Hempfield Township when her vehicle had a mechanical failure causing her to strike a utility pole and then an embankment on Wednesday.

Two-vehicle accident

An accident occurred after police said driver Julie Sirgey, 30, of Mount Pleasant did not slow down when the vehicle in front of her driven by Jeffrey Kubicek, 31, of Greensburg slowed to a stop for a yellow traffic signal at Shady Lane intersection on Route 119 North Friday. Mutual aid EMS transported Sirgey to Westmoreland Regional Hospital for a minor injury.

Damaged political signs

A Mt. Pleasant resident reported to police that three political signs from his front porch on Boyer Rd. were either damaged or stolen on Oct. 22.

Public drunkenness 

Ronald Wingrove, 37 of Lemont Furnace was charged for public drunkenness according to police after he was found passed out on N. Gallatin Ave. on Oct. 23.

NICHOLSON TWP.

One-vehicle accident

Heidi Emmons, 37, of Smithfield lost control of her vehicle on Woodside Old Frame Road Oct. 17 and went off the road into a yard and hit a traffic control device, according to police. No injuries were reported.

Broken window

A Perry Township resident reported someone broke a window of their residence on Banning Road

with a golf ball between 3 and 6 p.m. Saturday.

Theft

Police said a woman reported she gave her friend money to buy items for her inside Uniontown Wal-Mart but the friend never returned with the items or money on Oct. 20.

Two-vehicle accident

Police said driver Jack Hawk, 55, of Hutchinson failed to negotiate a right hand curve on State Route 136 and traveled into the westbound lane where he hit driver Charles Augustine, 42, of West Newton in South Huntingdon Township on Tuesday.

Theft

Police said Gudenkauf Corporation reported a trailer and ATV were stolen from their parking lot on Water St. in Stonewood, WV on Oct. 25.

Disorderly conduct

Karen Tubio, 60 of South Park is charged with disorderly conduct according to police after an incident on Oct. 15.

Helen Carter, 60 of Union Twp. was charged for a DUI in relation to an incident that occurred on Oct. 15 according to police.

Christopher Barnhard, 21 of Mt. Pleasant was charged for DUI after an incident that occurred on Aug. 7.

Theft

Police said Earl Swank Jr., 33, of Dawson was charged with harassment after he allegedly removed a PS3 game system and a game without permission from 18-year-old Mark Swank and got into a physical altercation with him Friday.

Citation for disorderly conduct 

Police said that two people were cited for arguing over chicken wings on Oct. 25.

Theft

Police said someone reported their motorcycle was stolen from the Blue Moon bar on South Mount Vernon Avenue between 6 and 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Greensburg state are conducting DUI enforcement operations over the weekend and through Monday.

One-vehicle accident

Police said driver Samuel Neff, 31, of Charleroi was traveling on State Route 481 on October 10 when he failed to navigate a right hand curve and traveled into the Southbound lane and then off the roadway striking an embankment.
