Recent arrests 9-16-16
The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Sept. 8 and 9.
Fayette County

Daniel C. Shimshock
Russell Costello, 45, of Fairchance was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
Justin Kurta, 35, of Fairchance was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.
Linda Friend, 38, of Leckrone was charged with simple assault.
Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II
Daniel Fine, 61, of Perryopolis was charged with two counts of indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old and one count each of unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, coercion or threat to expose a secret, indecent exposure.
Washington County
Magisterial District Judge Mark A. Wilson
Jason Stevens, 43, of New Eagle was charged with intimidating a witness, simple assault and two counts of terroristic threats.
Kyle Finley, 20, of Monongahela was charged with aggravated assault, hindering apprehension or prosecution, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, criminal use of a communication facility, criminal trespass, unsworn falsification to authorities and false reports.
Magisterial District Judge Joshua P. Kanalis
Evan Hilliard, 19, of Pittsburgh was charged with possession with intent to deliver, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
John Robison, 59, of Isabella was charged with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
Westmoreland County
Magisterial District Judge Joseph A. Dalfonso
Bridgett Ross, 38, of Belle Vernon was charged with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.
