The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties July 28. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Charles E. Bailey III, 27, of Uniontown was charged with prohibited possession of a firearm, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, hindering apprehension, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.
Hosea G. Cragette II, 26, of Connellsville was charged with prohibited possession of a firearm, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering apprehension.
Charles E. Bailey II, 45, of Uniontown was charged with prohibited possession of a firearm, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering apprehension.

Josh D. Davis, 22, of Fairchance was charged with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy to commit robbery and theft.
Christine Clark, 22, of Fairchance was charged with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy to commit robbery and criminal conspiracy to commit theft.

William C. Stoll Jr., 40, of Newell was charged with harassment.
Jorge Caban-Mercado, 24, of Farmington was charged with DUI, reckless endangerment, fleeing or eluding police and tampering with evidence.

Thomas A. Clipp, 34, of Aleppo was charged with retail theft.
Brandy L. Bujanowski, 21, of Charleroi was charged with theft.
Jesse J. Donaldson, 30, of Charleroi was charged with theft, criminal trespass and institutional vandalism.

Lynn Corl III, 30, of Nemacolin was charged with simple assault.
Nickia M. Anderson, 30, of Carmichaels was charged with simple assault.

Jordan W. Jackson, 59, of Fairmont, West Virginia, was charged with DUI.

Trenice D. Lucas, 63, of West Newton was charged with DUI and accidents involving damage to attended vehicles or property.
Bernicky M. Johnson, 46, of Monessen was charged with retail theft.
Robert J. Aquilina, 36, of West Newton was charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicles or property.
