The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Nov. 27. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Michael Spedden, 34, of Huntingdon was charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicles and theft.
Edward A. Lee, 40, of Uniontown was charged with arrest prior to acquisition.
Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.
James Guthrie, 21, of Connellsville was charged with criminal trespass.
Marshall Shaw, 19, of Connellsville was charged with criminal trespass.
Billie J. Wilson, 44, of Connellsville was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sunny R. Firestone, 30, of Connellsville was charged with access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property.

Donald E. Griffith, 69, of Confluence was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
Jeffthrow W. Dean, 28, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Robert E. Azare, 45, no address listed, was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.

Jeffrey Christopher, 55, of Greensboro was charged with aggravated assault, fleeing and eluding, reckless endangerment, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and DUI.

Donna J. Nicholson, 51, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
Brent J. Marsh, 48, of Connellsville was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of children, disorderly conduct, corruption of minors and possession of the instrument of a crime.
Lisa A. Goodman, 46, of Connellsville was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of children, disorderly conduct, corruption of minors and possession of the instrument of a crime.

Jordan C. Connors, 33, of Waynesburg was charged with DUI.

Richard A. Golden, 26, of Phillipi, West Virginia, was charged with firearms carried without a license.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins
