The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Dec. 1. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Amber L. Hileman, 32, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Jerrod J. Kreinbrook, 27, of Ronco was charged with theft.

William A. Boucher, 60, of Elizabeth was charged with DUI and flight to avoid apprehension.

Regan T. McGuinness, 31, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Jason S. Crider, 21, of Connellsville was charged with DUI and fleeing or eluding police.

Colten J. Bircher, 23, of Uniontown was charged with arrest prior to requisition.

Verna Johnston, 36, of Hopwood was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert A. Swank, 34, of Hopwood was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael C. Adams, 37, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Michael J. Jones, 39, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Michael J. Bodis, 54, of Scranton was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and defiant trespass.

Jennifer M. Show, 31, of New Salem was charged with hindering apprehension.

Brennan J. Aldrich, 25, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Diana R. Yedlock, 29, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft in each of two cases.

Brian R. Custer, 35, of Markleysburg was charged with DUI.
