Hunting equipment stolen
State police said someone stole hunting equipment from Mark Martin, 58, between Oct. 22 and Nov. 18 at 438 Bear Rocks Road.

Man charged
Charleroi Regional police charged Bryan Harris, 20, of Charleroi with prohibited possession of a firearm and false identification before Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins Friday. Harris faces a preliminary hearing on Dec. 14.

Drug charges filed
Cordell I. Aldrich, 21, of Charleroi was charged with possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence by Monessen police Saturday. The case was filed before Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.

Liquor law violation
Silver Bar on Smithfield Street was cited by the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly operating a loudspeaker that could be heard beyond the property line Sept. 23 and Oct. 7.

Criminal mischief
State police said someone damaged the door of an excavator belonging to Anderson Equipment Co. between 8 a.m. Nov. 16 and 9 a.m. Nov. 21.

Burglary charges
Jason Keller, 33, of Jones Mill was charged for allegedly breaking into James Simpson’s cabin on Evergreen Lane between Nov. 11 and Nov. 25 and stealing items. Keller is charged with theft and two counts of burglary.

Criminal mischief
State police said someone damaged property belonging to Diane Trout, 60, of Mount Pleasant at 1 Penn Street sometime before 11 a.m. Nov. 28 and fled the scene.

North Belle Vernon police charged Robert W. Siters, 43, of Smithton with retail theft Friday, related to an alleged theft on Nov. 30 in the borough.
