The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Dec. 4. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Shelly R. Williams, 52, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brock A. Burley, 38, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Diane L. Nicholson, 52, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Lou A. Zabella, 63, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Collin J. McNeish, 18, no address listed, was charged with DUI.

Haley A. Miller, 19, of Acme was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kenneth J. King, 65, of Connellsville was charged with failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders and failure to verify address or be photographed as required.

Malcolm J. Dyer, 18, of Connellsville was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.

Jeffery B. Kreinbrook, 40, of Dunbar was charged with DUI.

Stephen Ward, 40, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Aaron F. Jeffries, 46, of Connellsville was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Emma J. Lynn, 28, of Dawson was charged with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jessica M. Lowry, 31, of Fairchance was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, criminal mischief and harassment.

Kima R. Harris, 20, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kaleia B. Lubich-Howard, 22, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Leslie R. Hall, 33, of West Leisenring was charged with DUI.

Samantha L. Malenosky, 36, of Markleysburg was charged with hindering apprehension.

Derik J. Suter, 21, of Addison was charged with DUI.

James W. Nebraska Jr., 41, of Lemont Furnace was charged with DUI.

Gary Brumley, 49, of York was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Angela M. Oglevee, 42, of Fairbank was charged with false reports.

David R. Sepesky, 39, of Monessen was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Josie L. Knox, 30, of Masontown was charged with receiving stolen property and access device fraud.

Charles L. Riggen, 52, of Smithfield was charged with simple assault.

Timothy M. Suchevits, 29, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Gary G. Brumley, 49, of York was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and theft.

Samuel J. Upton, 40, of Leisenring was charged with DUI.

Richard D. Simmons, 48, of McClellandtown was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Thomas E. Miller, 61, of Dunbar was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.

Greene County

Brett D. Davis, 29, of Carmichaels was charged with DUI.

Christian T. Brown, 21, of Carmichaels was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Charles Terrell, 42, of Charleroi was charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicles or property.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Kimberly A. Sobczak, 47, of New Eagle was charged with theft.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Kevin L. Flavin, 25, of Pittsburgh was charged with DUI.

Heidi A. Campbell, 35, of Scottdale was charged with DUI.
