Liquor law violation
Campy’s Pizza & Six Pack Shop on Wood Street was cited by the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly failing to comply with the required Responsible Alcohol Management Program certification.

DUI
Dominic J. Mack, 23, of Mountain Top was charged with DUI after he was stopped at the intersection of Second and Union streets at about 11:30 p.m. Dec. 1 for nearly hitting several parked vehicles, police said. Police said he was unable to pass sobriety tests and his vehicle smelled like marijuana.

Underage drinking
California Borough Police cited Madison L. Colucci, 20, of New Eagle for underage drinking. Police were called to an apartment in the 200 block of Second Street at about 2:45 a.m. Nov. 28 for a report of a domestic disturbance.

Disorderly house
Brandon D. Smart, 22, of Conway was cited for allegedly violating the borough’s disorderly house ordinance at about 1:50 a.m. Dec. 2 for playing loud music at his 512 Second Street apartment.

Retail theft
Arthur Koch, 23, of Dairy was charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing a bottle of Jim Beam from Signitures Bar on Second Street at about 9:30 p.m. Dec. 2.

Man charged
Timothy P. Bukowski, 50, of Monessen was charged with terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and two county of simple assault. Rostraver Township filed the charges related to an alleged incident on Sunday. Bukowski was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner and released on a non-monetary bond.

Man charged
A warrant was issued for Donald K. Riggle Jr., 51, of Bentleyville Friday on drug and gun charges. Riggle is charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a gun with an altered number, altering the number, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts each of possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance. The charges were filed by Washington County detectives before Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins.
