The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Dec. 19. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Dezarea Lilley, 19, of Uniontown was charged with harassment.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Justin J. Weasenforth, 26, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Justin Rodeheaver, 29, of Farmington was charged with DUI.

Kayla M. Dunn, 31, of Uniontown was charged with theft.

Jeffrey A. Johnson, 24, of Ronco was charged with simple assault.

Chelsie L. Gettemy, 25, of Mount Braddock was charged with simple assault.

Brett C. Brink, 27, of Hopwood was charged with simple assault.

Stacy Conaway, 25, of Smithfield was charged with DUI.

Tiffany M. Matthews, 24, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sean R. Clark, 38, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Courtney D. Murray, 26, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jennifer J. Walters, 33, of Adah was charged with reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

Robert L. Foster, 35, of Cokeburg was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Gary L. Ravenscroft, 45, of Keyser, West Virginia, was charged with bad checks.

Thomas E. Darst Jr., 41, of Ronco was charged with access device fraud and theft.

James M. Barchetti, 42, of Masontown was charged with theft.

Nicole L. Romantino, 33, of Charleroi was charged with robbery and simple assault.

Maceo V. Williams, 40, of Washington was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Gregory J. Martos, 58, of Bentleyville was charged with DUI.

Kimberly A. Sobczak, 47, of New Eagle was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Michael A. Noakes, 26, of Brownsville was charged with simple assault, criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Tynan A. Noakes, 24, of Brownsville was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault.

Charles R. Thurmond Jr., 37, of New Eagle was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

John P. Dora, 62, of Monongahela was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
