The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Dec. 20. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Allen M. Basel, 29, of Uniontown was charged with flight to avoid apprehension and false identification to law enforcement.

Derek J. Vivio, 35, of Perryopolis was charged with fraudulently obtaining food stamps.

Casaundra R. Spadaro, 26, of Belle Vernon was charged with fraudulently obtaining food stamps.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Joshua A. Bailey, 30, of Waynesburg was charged with prohibited possession of a firearm, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Raymond T. Lambano, 27, of Republic was charged with false written statements and unsworn falsification.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Andrew P. Beucher, 32, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeffrey A. Younkin, 47, of North Huntingdon was charged with theft and criminal mischief.

Jamie L. Perkinson, 28, of Newell was charged with simple assault.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Debra S. Brown, 49, of Greensboro was charged with fraudulently obtaining food stamps.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Glen D. Eland, 58, of Bentleyville was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge James Ellis

Gerald A. Gregg, 53, of Washington was charged with theft.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

John W. Sloan II, 19, of Fredericktown was charged with burglary and criminal trespass.

Michael S. Markovich, 19, of Richeyville was charged with burglary and criminal trespass.

Emmory A. Baker, 20, of Southwest was charged with burglary and criminal trespass.

Perry J. Lemley, 19, of Fredericktown was charged with burglary and criminal trespass.

Bailey B. Bauer, 18, of Fredericktown was charged with burglary and criminal trespass.

Hunter M. McKelvey, 18, of Fredericktown was charged with burglary and criminal trespass.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

Allan J. Clark Jr., 49, of Belle Vernon was charged with burglary, theft, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and loitering and prowling.

Teri L. Evans, 41, of Van Meter was charged with retail theft.

Kristofer Cerniga, 30, of Belle Vernon was charged with retail theft.
