The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Dec. 21. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Shaundra M. Eaddy, 58, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Belmont F. Forcythe, 21, of Nemacolin was charged with DUI.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Donald K. Riggle, 51, of Bentleyville was charged with theft.

Amy R. Everly, 41, of Bentleyville was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault.

Stephen R. Matiyasic, 44, of Mariana was charged with simple assault and criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault.

Ronald K. White Jr., 42, of Brownsville was charged with simple assault.

Regina M. Musta, 41, of Mariana was charged with DUI, possession of a weapon, simple assault, reckless endangerment and criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Erik A. Sarr, 28, of Sandusky, Ohio, was charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicles or property.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Shane A. Black, 22, of Greensboro was charged with simple assault.
