The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Jan. 10 and 11.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Darroll Gregg Jr., 26, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and four counts of driving under the influence.

Dylan Wright, 20, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana.

Sherri Gess, 50, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence.

Joseph Martin, 51, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Kara Smith, 23, of Scottdale was charged with unauthorized use of access device, theft and receiving stolen property.

Joshua Mulnix, 23, of Connellsville was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Severin Braddee, 22, of Smithfield was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Jacob Wolfe, 25, of Grindstone was charged with possession of marijuana.

Glenn Settles, 55, of Allison was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Summer Reed, 21, of Grand Rapids, Michigan was charged with possession of marijuana.

Gregory Lee, 36, of Labelle was charged with two counts each of aggravated assault and simple assault.

Charles Fetsko, 34, of Daisytown was charged with retail theft.

Jeremy Martin, 37, of Republic was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shane Rhome, 23, of Uniontown was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief.

Tonya Dodson, 44, of Waynesburg was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Michelle Elsbury, 29, of Carmichaels was charged with driving under the influence.

Brian Jolly, 45, of Uniontown was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Tonya Demaske, 33, of Waynesburg was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of contraband by an inmate and possession with intent to deliver.

Tabatha Chapman, 44, of Graysville was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Washington County

James Johnson V, 29, of Monongahela was charged with acquiring a controlled substance by misrepresentation, possession of a controlled substance, theft, theft by deception, obstruction of justice, misapplying entrusted property and tampering with physical evidence.

Levi Seman, 25, of Stockdale was charged with loitering and prowling at nighttime and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Randy Kisner, 46, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault.

Scott Rudge, 50, of Elizabeth was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Jamie Seglowich, 33, of West Newton was charged with driving under the influence.

Christopher Jacobs, 42, of Perryopolis was charged with receives advanced payment for service and fails to perform.

David Moore, 33, of Coraopolis was charged with terroristic threats.

Cody Pishko, 22, of Irwin was charged with endangering the welfare of children and three counts of driving under the influence.

Leonard Lewand, 25, of Tarrs was charged with possession of marijuana and two counts of driving under the influence.

Christopher Harper, 42, of Everson was charged with theft and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received.

Laura Mitchell, 51, of New Stanton was charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver.
