The following charges were filed in magisterial district courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Jan. 18-20.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Krystal Kathryn Darnell, 29, of Uniontown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justin L. Lewis, 28, of Uniontown, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Jamar R. Harris Jr., 23, of Uniontown, was charged with receiving stolen property, firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Miguel Patrick Beach, 32, of Uniontown, was charged with retaliation against a prosecutor or judicial officer and terroristic threats.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Zachary James Miller, 19, of Connellsville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Sandra L. Pealer Sawyers, 51, of Connellsville, was charged with retail theft in two separate cases.

Jennifer Nicole Kern, 22, of Connellsville, was charged with endangering the welfare of children.

William E. Orbin Jr., 54, of Connellsville, was charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, terroristic threats and simple assault.

Gina Connors, 32, of Uniontown, was charged with driving under the influence.

Tyler Craig McClintock, 26, of Confluence, was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence.

Adam Andrew Kushak, 24, of New Salem, was charged with driving under the influence.

James Michael Hoddo, 53, of Grindstone, was charged with driving under the influence.

Dawn Marie Bass, 22, of Uniontown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Corey Allyn Rollison, 27, of Adah, was charged with driving under the influence.

Thomas Ernest Bragdon, 43, of Uniontown, was charged with false statements for the purchase, delivery or transfer of a firearm, and false statements under penalty.

Rae Kirby, 35, of Fairbank, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence.

Ronald Lee Dotson, 24, of Uniontown, was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, access device fraud, and criminal attempt access device fraud.

Raekwon Stevenson, 21, of Charleroi, was charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alexander Russell Cranston, 55, of Markleysburg, was charged with simple assault and resisting arrest.

Claude Michael Cleaver, 49, of Lake Lynn, was charged with accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle or property.

Kevin L. Edwards, 36, of Westover, W.Va., was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michelle Lynn Piper, 36, of Uniontown, was charged with retail theft.

Thomas Edward Leseman, 57, of Irwin, was charged with driving under the influence.

Michelle Marie Hernandez, 32, of New Salem, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Mary Ann Bromley, 59, of Connellsville, was charged with driving under the influence.

Carl Herbert McNair, 43, of Uniontown, was charged with false statements for the purchase, delivery or transfer of a firearm, and false statements under penalty.

Ryan S. Peden, 30, of Ruffsdale, was charged with accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle or property.

Athena Marie Seftas, 22, of belle Vernon, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Dale Hillen, 20, of Vanderbilt, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Konnor Christian Whipkey, 18, of Star Junction, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Joseph Denzel Rhome, 19, of Bentleyville, was charged with robbery, terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

George Palliden Lewis, 43, of Carmichaels, was charged with access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception.

Washington County

Alexis M. Jones-Fleming, 20, of Donora, was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arthur Marion Miller, 27, of Donora, was charged with rape, aggravated indecent assaut, sexua assault, unlawful restaint and false imprisonment.

Hank Cody Cassidy, 26, of Monongahela, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police, terroristic threats, resisting arrest and driving under the influence.
