The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties June 27 to 28. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Shawn Leon Rose, 44, of Pittsburgh was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Beth Ann Griest, 27, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Sean M. Baker, 25, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Joseph R. Bookshar, 30, of Somerset was charged with fraudulently obtaining food stamps.

Clinton D. Haskins, 34, of Belle Vernon was charged with driving under the influence.

Adam L. Hawk, 23, of Connellsville was charged with simple assault.

Amy M. Ritenour, 22, of Dunbar was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chauncey M. Morgan, 25, Hopwood was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
