The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties July 20. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Gregory J. Michaux, 61, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joni L. Thorpe, 39, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.
Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.
Bradley J. Russell, 42, of Charleroi was charged with 40 counts of statutory sexual assault, 19 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and one count each of aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors.
Donald Wood Trucking, no address listed, was charged with bad checks.
Barkley Roofing and Construction, no address listed, was charged with bad checks.
Seth J. Annis, 31, of Connellsville was charged with theft.
Lisa A. Leverenz, 51, of Mount Pleasant was charged with DUI.

Megan L. Ranker, 25, of Dawson was charged with DUI.
Kayla L. Caldwell, 29, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and accidents involving damage to attended property of vehicles.
David M. Horwatt, 49, of Normalville was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins
Michael A. Amati, 37, of Monongahela was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
Magisterial District Judge James Ellis
Kari Lombardi, 34, of Clairton was charged with criminal use of a communication facility and promoting prostitution.
Nicholas Shoemaker, 26, of Finleyville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nicholas S. Henderson, 32, of New Eagle was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Greene County
Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates
Brian M. Wright, 36, of Pittsburgh was charged with alcohol in breath or blood while operating a watercraft and incapable of operating a water craft safely while drinking.
Jason A. Detrick, 21, of Clarksville was charged with alcohol in breath or blood while operating a watercraft and incapable of operating a water craft safely while drinking.
Jarred D. Reed, 21, of Jefferson was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
Westmoreland County
