The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties on July 21. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.
Zachary Leonard, 23, of Melcroft was charged with resisting arrest, theft, receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling at night and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Darius Jones Straitiff, 22, of Uniontown was charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mark D. Palmer Jr., 30, of Uniontown was charged with a small amount of marijuana for personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock
Cody Salisbury, 27, of Masontown was charged with burglary, criminal mischief, criminal trespass and loitering and prowling at night.
Washington County
Magisterial District Judge James Ellis
Carlie Marie Dudich, 25, of Monongahela was charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person who is not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson
Michael E. Derrow Jr., 37, of Charleroi was charged with DUI.
Westmoreland County
Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso
Mark Watts, 58, of Monessen was charged with DUI.
Theresa Rebecca Gray, 31, of Belle Vernon was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
Kellie Marie Rush, 20, of Monessen was charged with defiant trespass.
Kristen Ann Mikita, 42, of Monessen was charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Magisterial District Judge Charles Moore
Seth M. Reed, 30, of Scottdale was charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, delivery/intent to deliver drug paraphernalia, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an instrument of crime, conspiracy, endangering the welfare of children and criminal use of communication facility.
Jeanette Renee Fletcher, 26, of New Stanton was charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution.
Nicholas Richard Bailey, 23, of Connellsville was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police and DUI.
Ronald Eugene Cramer, 55, of Connellsville was charged with DUI and intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person who is not registered.
