The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties July 24. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Jack D. Desellems Jr., 31, of Charleroi was charged with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property.

Heather Zaladonis, 39, of Donora was charged with bad checks.

Marquise Dempsey, 20, of Charleroi was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

James Snyder, 50, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault.

William P. Marmie II, 40, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge James Ellis

Zachary A. Slater, 33, of Finleyville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jessica N. Hogan, 27, of Butler was charged with criminal use of a communication facility, promoting prostitution, possession of instruments of a crime and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John H. Jenkins Jr., 47, of Finleyville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert L. Stewart, 32, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Gladys Perry, 45, of Crucible was charged with bad checks.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Christopher Jones, 25, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Robert Nicholson, 36, no address listed, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property.

Kimberly A. Tasker, 28, of Mount Morris was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Jenny L. Ashbaugh, 44, of Fairchance was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft and corruption of minors.

Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis

Daniel Varano, 26, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

James R. Beasley, 45, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Jonathan J. Shaw, 36, of Brownsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Thomas A. Givens, 19, of Brownsville was charged with fleeing or eluding police and DUI.

Armani D. Williams, 20, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Jonmichael K. Sullivan, 34, of Brownsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eddie J. Mitchell Jr., 30, of Adah was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

April L. Baluch, 49, of Connellsville was charged with false reports.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Jules N. Whetzel, 26, of Herminie was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Brandon Beckinger, 24, of Greensburg was charged with defiant trespass.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Deandre L. Harris, 42, of Pittsburgh was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm with an altered number.

Diedre R. Fielding, 30, of Pittsburgh was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a firearm with an altered number and possession of drug paraphernalia.
