Brownsville police said someone reported three people were inside an abandoned church at 128 Market St. at about 2:30 a.m. Friday. Police could not located anyone inside.

Parked vehicle damaged
James Smith reported to Brownsville police someone removed or knocked out the driver’s side mirror on his Cadillac DTS while it was parked in front of 100 Broadway St., Thursday.

Public drunkenness
Mary Ann Johnston, 58, of Charleroi was cited for public drunkenness after Charleroi police allegedly observed her highly intoxicated in the 400 block of Cherry Way at about 3 p.m. Friday.

Charleroi police said James Hillen, 58, of Charleroi violated a protection-from-abuse order Sunday.

Cases of drinks stolen
State police said Glenn Todd Hunker, 21, of Connellsville stole 16 cases of energy drinks from Wal-Mart, forcing his way passed an employee at about 3:45 p.m. Thursday. Police said he fled the area.

Accident involving children
State police said driver Latisha Rush, 32, of Uniontown was stopped at a red light on McClellandtown Road at its intersection with Matthew Drive when her foot slipped off the clutch, hitting another vehicle stopped at the light driven by Elliot Rizer, 37, of Uniontown. Police said Rizer reported a possible back injury but refused EMS treatment. Two children were listed as passengers in both vehicles.
