FAYETTE COUNTY – Fay-Penn is offering free assistance to any organization wishing to apply for funding through the LOCAL SHARE ACCOUNT (LSA) program managed by Fayette County. These grant application services are a part of its mission to help grow the economy and improve the quality of life in Fayette County.
