President Trump is proposing a $1.15 trillion budget, which calls for a $54 billion increase in defense spending and $4 billion to start construction of a wall along the border with Mexico. However, it also calls for some severe cuts in domestic programs, including Meals on Wheels. What do you think of the budget?
